Robert Dunleavy
BCL MA, Chief Executive Officer
A Qualified Solicitor - and Film School Graduate - Robert has been with Provincial for 23 years. He was appointed Managing Director in 2007, but not before learning at every level of the business.
Stephen Mac Dermott
Chief Operating Officer
Stephen joined Provincial Security in 1995 as an administration officer. In 1998 he was appointed Director of Personnel then latterly joined the board as HR Director.
Carmel Moran
Operations Director
As Operations Director Carmel provides day-to-day support to managers and teams on site.
Anthea Lalor
Human Resources Director
Anthea is responsible for recruitment and has over 10 years experience in Human Resources.

As Specialised Programme Director, Davina is responsible for creating bespoke solutions for clients by building specialised programmes and teams.
