Lobby Security Ambassadors In Dublin City Centre

One of our clients, the world’s largest social networking platform with over 1.7 billion users, continues to expand their operations in Ireland. We are seeking eight (8) additional Lobby Security Ambassadors to join our expanding team in Dublin.

The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job or position. Additional duties may be assigned, and functions may be modified, according to business necessity.

  • Perform a variety of routine and non-routine duties associated with access control, CCTV monitoring, door alarm event monitoring, accounting for and dispatching of active officers using established policies, standards, guidelines and software.
  • Monitor access to basement and ensure adherence to relevant policies and procedures associated with access to and use of basement car park.
  • Monitor CCTV system to identify potential security threats/weaknesses and dispatch officers as necessary.
  • Monitor access control system, including all ‘alarm events’ DFO/DHO events, turnstile breaches, PA button activations and dispatch officers to investigate as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate account of available officers for dispatch on iTrack and dispatch officers as necessary via iDispatch function.
  • Maintain contact with Lobby Team and SOC (Security Operations Center) EMEA.
  • Maintain any documentation or information relating to your duties.
  • Monitor and enforce security policies and procedures.
  • Accurately record relevant information for inclusion in weekly/monthly reports.
  • Write reports as directed.
  • Report all unusual circumstances and situations and respond as necessary.
  • Perform various security or safety related activities when directed by management

Competencies (demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
  • High level of knowledge of CCure 9000, Genetec, iTrack, MS Word, Excel, Outlook E-Mail.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.

  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task.

Preferred Qualifcations
Other information

  • PSA Licence.
  • Prior experience of a similar environment would be useful, but is not essential as full training is provided.

  • Day and nights shifts
  • 48 hours work week (4 x 12 hour shifts)
